ORGANIZATION
·         Leadership team consists of INCO co-organizers Deb, Laurie, Sharon plus one liaison from each community group and one from each task team.
·         Deb: COMMUNITY GROUPS
o   Gather INDIVISIBLE members within their communities for small group functions that align with our principles
o   Led by 2-3 co-leaders, with one designated as liaison to the INCO leadership team.
o   We have 215+ members and so really need local groups under our umbrella to keep the energy going across the region.

·         Laurie: TASK TEAMS: 2-3 co-leaders, with one designated as liaison to INCO leadership team
o   Online communications: Ideally, members familiar with or can self-train on these platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Email, Mailchimp, Excel, Blogger, Dropbox, Google Docs and Forms. Includes photo management
o   Event Resources: Example: April 29 Climate March.
o   Outreach: Ambassadors to like-minded groups within the community, with the goal of helping to bolster involvement in advocacy projects and politics from the precinct level up. Example: Dems for 120 seats open. Also letter writing, etc. ) Potential marches: Scientists; Environment (Sharon can speak to this), Tax Day, Immigrants (May 6) and other actions: Take to your community group and bring it up from there. (Laurie)
MOVING FORWARD
·         Deb: Where we go from here:
o   Calls to action: individual responses—calls, letters, town halls, office visits MoCs. Dem MoC are saying they like the pressure.
§  Go over IG guide tips for mass calls (Opportunity 4 in Indivisible Guide)
o   Strengthen and share: invite likeminded friends, dialogue through closed FB group
o   Urgency: we need community group co-leaders. Volunteer tonight with one of the INCO leaders
·         Deb: Other needs: Graphic design and photo manager. Remember to sign up for task groups
·         Deb: Posted on walls: Concerns; Ideas for Action. We’ll type up and disseminate via Community Groups
·         Deb: We’re a work in progress
·         Deb: Donations: pay for space plus more copies. Handouts: Opportunity Lists.
·         Deb: Quick (10 min) Community Group meetup. If you missed the kickoff meeting but are signed up to receive emails from us, we’ll use your zip code to get you aligned with a Community Group).
